Relaxation Exercises
Relaxing Calm - Progressive muscle relaxation exercises to invoke the body's relaxation response, calming the nervous system, alleviating anxiety and reducing stress. Each exercise is accompanied by gentle background music. The longer tracks also include a guided visualisation exercise. The instrumental tracks can be used once the exercises have become familiar, or as background music for meditation, or just for a relaxing listening experience.
